Course Objectives and Benefits
This course is intended to provide participants with an understanding of the principles of communication specific to shore and ship-based personnel in shipowning, operating and management companies. The basics of personal behavior are explained together with the principles of proper communication to help improve the efficiency of a team, a relationship, or business process. Communication planning and meeting management are also dealt with giving the participant the opportunity for real-life simulation of a meeting and its constraints.
